These yoga videos are best suited for someone with previous yoga experience. The sequences can be dynamic and challenging. The more you watch and practice the videos the more you will connect with the flow of each sequence. Mind: 5 soothing meditations to create peace and stillness of the mind.
Soul: 5 positive affirmations and insightful tips to help you rediscover your true self and to encourage you to live a more healthy and positive lifestyle. Aided by divine mandala imagery to help promote oneness, peace and unity. A mandala is a sacred space, often represented as a circle, used in many cultures around the world. It is considered a healing circle that reveals some inner truth about yourself and the world around you.
There is a flowing synchronicity between the sections and we encourage you to practice all three sections everyday. For instance, the first yoga sequence correlates to the first guided meditation and to the the first positive affirmation. Complete each section whenever is convenient to you. Overall it’s less than an hour a day to help you create a happier, healthier, more positive and awakened you. - Use props if necessary. i.e- blankets, bolsters, straps
- Bend knees as much as necessary
- Be mindful of your ability level, limitations and injuries. Listen to your body.
- If you feel frustrated, know in time with a little practice and patience the poses will become easier. Just remember to breathe.
